Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our policy is built on the specialized nature of digital content creation. Because AbnormElla provides custom digital assets—including articles, social media copy, and campaign plans—the traditional 30-day retail return window does not apply. All services are provided on a pay-in-advance basis, and production does not commence until full compensation is received.+1

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital deliverables and the “Instruction to Proceed” workflow, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

Advance Compensation: All payments are non-refundable as they secure your production window and the commencement of proprietary methodology application.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced services are governed by these terms; any custom bundles or sale packages are strictly non-refundable.

Revisions & Acceptance

We prioritize alignment through a structured approval process rather than a return-based model.

Instruction to Proceed: Your written approval of an Article Plan constitutes a formal instruction to proceed, at which point the project is committed.
Revision Window: You have five (5) business days following the delivery of your content to request one (1) round of minor revisions.
Final Acceptance: Failure to request revisions within this five-day window constitutes final acceptance of the deliverables.

Non-Returnable Assets

The following assets are strictly exempt from refunds or “returns”:

Preliminary Bundles: Any assets provided as part of a “Preliminary Bundle” are delivered “as-is” with no liability or refund value.
Digital Imagery & Copy: Once digital content is delivered, it cannot be “returned” or “unused” in the traditional sense.

Service Limitations

AbnormElla is engaged solely for the production of content. We do not perform website integration or management within your CMS. Consequently, technical issues regarding your website’s internal management or hosting do not qualify as grounds for a refund.+1

Liability Cap

In the event of a dispute, AbnormElla’s total aggregate liability is strictly limited to the total amount of compensation actually paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

This policy and all service agreements are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada.
